The Guernsey Housing Association (GHA) takes possession of their 1,000th property on Monday 18th January with RG Falla handing over the keys.
Having been involved with a number of projects for the GHA providing over 250 homes, the latest housing development in St Saviours is an amazing milestone for the housing provider.
RG Falla MD, Mark Palfrey, said, “RG Falla are extremely proud with the relationship we have developed with the GHA through providing a local social housing option which are built to an extremely high standard. The buildings are designed to be the some of the most fuel efficient homes on Guernsey with highly effective heat recover systems, very high levels of thermal performance and solar panels which will help keeps fuel costs down for residents. The ceremony to hand over the keys for their 1,000th property is definitely an achievement to be celebrated and we look forward to continue working with the GHA to ensure that there are more new homes for local people and key workers to rent or have partial owners in the future. ”
