Following an audit from the Chartered Institute of Building on competence and professionalism, RG Falla were able to demonstrate high business and ethical standards together with a commitment to developing a fully qualified workforce and gained Chartered Building Contractor membership.
10 staff are now working towards full individual membership in partnership with the CIOB training body, with over half of the company directors already full members.
