R G Falla Limited contracts director Peter Gregory commented -

“Following 3 years of working with developer COMPROP and a lot of value engineering, it is great to see the site enabling works completed. It was an extremely difficult engineering package and I would congratulate Monty and his team on a job well done. We can all now look forward to seeing the new buildings coming out of the ground to complete the last major site on the eastern seaboard overlooking the iconic Havelet Bay and Castle Cornet.”
