RG Falla have completed 23 new build properties for the Guernsey Housing Association and all are occupied to the delight of the tenants. The buildings are all built to very high environmental standards exceeding the local building control requirements for airtightness by 500%. Paul Salazar, RG Falla Site Manager, said it has been a very challenging project on brownfield land to a steep sloping site, but the final product has been worth all the hard work.
