Our works involved the stripping back of the existing internal finishes, installing damp proofing systems, adjusting floor levels and internal layouts, extending the rear to create additional space and completing the internal finishes to a very high standard, retaining as many historical features as possible.

Concurrent with the internal works we insulated and re-roofed the property, improved the drainage, adjusted the external ground levels, constructed outbuildings and installed a cobble driveway.
