The development consists of four blocks; Reef House, Bowline House, Halyard House and Carrick House, and has views over Havelet Bay, Valles des Terres, Castel Cornet and the other islands.

Construction involved a concrete frame with both traditional and modern facade techniques all built to high standards of air tightness, thermal performance and acoustic separation to creat a comfortable environment to live in.
