The shop was built over two floors and was not without its challenges, requiring the building of a loading bay on the upper floor and the extension of a plant room over a car park exit route. All of these challenges were met without causing disruption to the residential tenents in the building’s apartments.
The project was a fit out from a new build.
As well as plumbing and heating installations, CCTV and security systems; data wiring and most importantly; state-of-the-art equipment including five self-scan stations and three regular tills, eco-friendly fridges with sliding doors to maintain optimum freshness and reduce energy consumption.
