The construction of a 42 bedroom Dementia Care Nursing Home covering 2300 sq. m. The ground floor has 29 ensuite bedrooms equipped to cater for residents with Alzheimers and the first floor which links into the existing Maison L’Aumone has 13 bedrooms for high dependency residents.
