Guernsey Police HQ

Conversion of the Old Town Hospital into a modern Police Station. Total renovation and upgrade of the Victorian Hospital including the strip-out and replacement of all internal walls, plaster, M&E and fixtures. A new slate roof and traditional timber windows installed, repointing all solid stone masonry. The project was honoured with a Civic Trust Award. Project completed 1991.
