The Les Beaucamps project involved the construction of a new high school to replace the existing school on the site. The project is being undertaken in two phases. The new school was completed in August 2012 and completion of the new sports facilities will be in December 2013.
The school measures 8,570 sq.metres and has 16 general classrooms, 5 CDT rooms, a food tech room, 5 science labs, 3 IT rooms and 2 art studios. Features include a rainwater collection system, which will be used to flush toilers. an air source heat pump to bring heat into the building, climate controlled windows and acoustic bands to reduce noise levels
BeauSports involved building a 2650 Sq metre sports building complete with large sports hall, a gymnasium and a 25 metre 4 lane swimming pool. There are six separate changing areas complete with toilets, showers and disability changing areas. Outside there is a 57 x 47 metre multi-usage games area which is sand filled synthetic pitch. The remaining external areas included over half million paving bricks.
