Ranging from being a main contractor on large scale building projects to our small works division dealing with home renovations and repairs, we aim to deliver the highest quality bespoke service.
Paul joined R G Falla in 1992, having previously worked for UK Contractor Higgs and Hill on the construction of several large projects including a multi-million pound banking centre.
Since joining RG Falla, Paul has worked as a Site Agent and Project Manager on many notable projects such as the Garenne Stand Stadium, new Post Headquarters, Les Bourgs Hospice and Les Beaucamps High School. Paul is well versed in the managing complexities of large and technical construction sites.
In April 2014 Paul became a liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Constructors at a ceremony at the Stationers Hall in the City of London.
Dean moved to Guernsey in July 2001 to work for RG Falla having started in the construction industry as a Trainee Quantity Surveyor for Costain Construction Limited. Dean worked on various construction, civil engineering and refurbishment projects until senior QS level. Dean has also worked with RR Richardson plc and Bovis Lend Lease on various projects ranging from £125k to £4m.
Since joining RG Falla, Dean has been involved with many significant projects around the island including the Royal Courts Development and more recently, La Nouvelle Maraitaine. He is an experienced proactive commercial manager.
Mike joined R G Falla in 2002 after having gained considerable experience and in the UK working with several large construction companies and gaining the position of Senior Quantity Surveyor.
Mike’s first Guernsey project was the Trafalgar Court office development and car park. He then moved on as Commercial Director to head the commercial team on both St Sampsons High School and Les Beaucamps High School thereby consolidating his Island Experience.
Mike’s varied project experience and local knowledge will be an asset to any project. His recent experience on large school projects will add immeasurable value to the procurement process.
Mike has 20 years’ experience in the construction industry.
Ian has worked for RG Falla for over 18 years joining the company in 2002, after gaining his BSc (Hons) degree in Construction Management. Ian has progressed through the various levels of site management and responsibility to becoming a highly respected, level headed, no-nonsense Contracts Manager. Ian is currently managing numerous smaller sites with a good proportion of our RG Falla directly employed staff. Ian’s construction knowledge and reputation will enhance the board.
Richie joined RG Falla in 2001 progressing from a Site Engineer to Contracts Manager, overseeing our large scale construction projects. Richie is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Building, and a Chartered Manager. Richie’s knowledge and experience in construction has proven invaluable gaining him a strong reputation within Guernsey’s Construction Industry. Richie’s construction knowledge and leadership skills will be a valuable addition to the Board of RG Falla.
Sarah-Jayne joined RG Falla in 2017, after 15 years working in construction related higher education, managing and delivering BTEC, CIOB and Construction Degrees for Guernsey College, Highlands College, Jersey and London Southbank University. She has a sound knowledge of construction with a BSc (Hons) in Construction Management, is a member of the Chartered Institute of Building and has gained the NEBOSH Certificate in Construction Health and Safety. As the company’s Business Performance Manager, she has supported the board by ensuring compliance in areas such as Health and Safety, Employment Law and GDPR. Sarah-Jayne’s range of skills will add value and bring a diversity of thinking to the board.
